我厂一台KSS-12-163晶闸管温度控制器,在使用不到两年中,发生过数次双向晶闸管被击穿的故障。该控制器内的双向晶闸管其额定电流为200A、断态重复峰值电压为800V,使用在电压为220V、满载电流仅为30A的电路中,应该是能够满足需要的。在双向晶闸管击穿后,熔丝FU并没有熔断,负载又为纯电阻性质,由此可判断是电源侧瞬时过电压造成的。附图为该控制器的主电路,在
