目的了解成都市新都区各级各类医疗机构按法律法规要求必须承担的疾病监测工作,为政府制定卫生工作政策提供参考依据。方法现场查看新都区30家医疗机构2011-01/06诊疗记录原始信息情况及监测信息网络报告与利用情况。结果 30家医疗机构平均得分率81.23%。其中,驻区医疗机构平均得分率最高(86.31%),改制/民营医疗机构平均得分率最低(72.62%),乡(镇)/社区医疗机构和区级医疗机构平均得分率居中(分别为85.38%、80.15%);传染病登记报告质量得分率72.80%,腹泻门诊监测得分率80.00%,死因监测报告质量得分率84.70%,慢性非传染性疾病发病监测得分率69.20%,免疫规划相关疾病监测得分率86.30%,中毒监测得分率89.30%。结论2011年新都区疾病监测工作调查情况总体较好,不同医疗机构、不同疾病监测指标调查结果差异大。应进一步促进医疗机构全面开展疾病监测工作,推进医疗机构履行应当承担的公共卫生义务。
Objective To understand the disease surveillance work required by laws and regulations of all kinds of medical institutions at all levels in Xindu District of Chengdu and provide reference for the government in formulating health work policies. Methods On-site inspection of the original information of the medical records of 30 medical institutions in Xindu District from January 2011 to June 2006 and the network report and utilization status of monitoring information. Results The average score of 30 medical institutions was 81.23%. Among them, the average score of the medical institutions in the district was the highest (86.31%), the lowest (72.62%) in the restructuring / private medical institutions, and the average of the township / community medical institutions and the district-level medical institutions (85.38% %, 80.15%). The quality scoring rate of infectious disease registration report was 72.80%, the monitoring score rate of outpatient clinic was 80.00%, the death rate monitoring report quality score rate was 84.70%, the chronic non-communicable disease incidence monitoring score rate was 69.20% Score 86.30%, poisoning monitoring score 89.30%. Conclusion The investigation of disease surveillance in Xindu District in 2011 is generally good. The survey results of different medical institutions and different diseases are quite different. Medical institutions should be further promoted in their efforts to carry out disease surveillance in an all-round way and promote the public health obligations that medical institutions should fulfill.
