目的 :通过检测外周血 T淋巴细胞亚群的变化 ,探讨 HIFU治疗对乳腺癌患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 :以 HIFU治疗 18例 ～ 期乳腺癌患者 ,通过流式细胞仪比较治疗前后外周血 T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。结果 :HIFU治疗后手术标本的病理显示肿瘤细胞大片坏死 ,外周血 CD3+、CD4 +、γδT细胞和 CD4 + /CD8+比例明显增加 ,同治疗前相比差异有统计学意义。结论 :HIFU对乳腺癌的治疗是安全有效的 ,并可增强机体的细胞免疫功能。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of HIFU therapy on cellular immune function in patients with breast cancer by detecting the changes of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood. Methods: Twenty-eight patients with breast cancer were treated with HIFU. The changes of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood before and after treatment were compared by flow cytometry. Results: The pathological changes of HIFU after operation showed that the tumor cells were necrosis. The proportion of CD3 +, CD4 +, γδT cells and CD4 + / CD8 + in peripheral blood increased significantly. The difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment. Conclusion: The treatment of breast cancer with HIFU is safe and effective, and can enhance the cellular immune function of the body.
