以盆栽三年生辽伏/海棠为试材,应用高效液相色谱分析方法,研究了苹果新根细胞分裂素(CTK)、的周年动态及不同时期施氮后对其含量的影响。苹果新根在一年内有三次CTK含量形成高峰,春季萌芽后CTK开始上升,至盛花期达到高峰:第二次在新根停长以后:秋季根内CTK又有增长,但峰值最小,以春季峰值最高,春夏秋三季施氮后,新根内CTK含量都有升高,于施氮后3~5天达到高峰,持续期约10天,其中尤以夏季施肥对CTK影响最大。
Taking potted three-year-old Liao V / Begonia as test material, the effects of CTK on the annual activity of apple root and the content of cytokinin in different periods were studied by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). CTK content peaked three times within one year in the new root of apple. CTK began to rise after sprouting in spring and peaked at full flowering stage. After the second root was suspended for a second time, the CTK in autumn rooted again, The peak value of CTK content in the new roots increased after nitrogen application in spring, summer and autumn, and peaked at 3 ~ 5 days after nitrogen application, with a duration of about 10 days. Especially, summer CTF had the strongest influence on CTK.
