利用FLOW3D软件对搅拌筒内自密实混凝土流体的流变参数进行了仿真验证,并利用标定后的流变参数对自密实混凝土流体在搅拌筒内的流动状态进行仿真,得到了流体的运动状态及其质心位移与侧向加速度变化结果。利用仿真结果,通过数值计算与有限元分析的方法,分析了混凝土流体搅拌时流体质心的动态变化对搅拌运输车侧翻稳定性,及主副车架受力的影响。综合分析结果,找出整车结构的不足,为提高整车侧翻稳定性、主副车架结构的优化设计以及设定车辆侧翻预警系统的临界阈值提供了更准确的依据。
The rheological parameters of the self-compacting concrete fluid in the mixing drum were simulated by using FLOW3D software. The flow state of the self-compacting concrete fluid in the mixing drum was simulated by using the rheological parameters after calibration. Its center of mass displacement and lateral acceleration changes results. Based on the simulation results, the influence of the dynamic change of fluid center of mass on the rollover stability of mixer truck and the stress of main and sub frame is analyzed by numerical calculation and finite element analysis. Comprehensive analysis of the results to find the lack of vehicle structure, in order to improve vehicle rollover stability, the optimal design of the main frame and the vehicle rollover warning system to set the critical threshold provides a more accurate basis.
