针对高压电磁阀体成形工艺的特点,采用锻造分析软件QFORM2D/3D对一次反挤压成形方案和复合挤压成形方案进行数值模拟分析。通过讨论复合挤压金属流量分配规律和对比两方案的模拟结果,确定了复合挤压成形方案为最佳工艺方案,并设计了模具。通过工艺实验的论证,结果表明,所设计的工艺方案及模具均合理,且降低了挤压力,大大缩短了工艺实验周期,对电磁阀体的生产应用具有重要的指导意义。
According to the characteristics of high-pressure electromagnetic valve body forming process, the forging analysis software QFORM2D / 3D was used to carry out the numerical simulation analysis of one-time counter-extrusion and compound extrusion. By discussing the rules of the flow distribution of the composite extrusion metal and comparing the simulation results of the two schemes, the optimum extrusion process is determined and the mold is designed. Through the demonstration of the process experiment, the results show that the designed process scheme and the mold are reasonable, and the extrusion pressure is reduced, the process experiment period is shortened, and the production and application of the electromagnetic valve body is of great guiding significance.
