复方灭蟑螂毒饵的制备及对德国小蠊现场防制效果观察

为寻找有效的杀灭蟑螂制剂,制备了复方灭蟑螂毒饵。采用实验室几种毒饵对比实验的方法,对制备的复方灭蟑螂毒饵进行了防制效果观察。适口性试验结果表明,德国小蠊对复方灭蟑螂毒饵24h消耗量为125mg,对混合饲料24h消耗量为6mg。敏感品系德国小蠊取食复方毒饵后,24h死亡率为56.8%,48h死亡率为82.3%,72h死亡率为100%。对溴氰菊酯和氯菊酯有抗性的德国小蠊取食毒饵后,24h死亡率为55.2%,48h死亡率为81%,72h校正死亡率为96.5%。该复方毒饵与溴氰菊酯和氯菊酯无交互抗性(0.01<P<0.05)。动物毒性试验结果表明,该毒饵对小白鼠的LD50>10000mg·kg-1体重。在为期6周的现场试验中,投放毒饵后,德国小蠊若虫的密度下降率依次为:43.0%、61.6%、89.2%、96.2%96.8%,成虫的密度下降率依次为74.1%、77.8%、90.9%、90.9%、90.9%、90.9%。复方灭蟑毒饵完全符合实际应用要求 In order to find an effective cockroach killing agent, a compound cockroach bait was prepared.
