目的了解广东省职业卫生技术服务机构物理因素检测仪器的配置情况。方法采用典型抽样法,选取广东省39家职业卫生技术服务机构为调查对象,采用自行设计的《物理因素检测仪器信息调查表》对有关机构配备的6大类共15种物理因素检测仪器情况进行问卷调查。结果 39家机构中,声级计、湿球黑球温度指数仪、风速计的配置率相对较高,分别为100.0%、92.3%和74.4%;激光功率计和超高频场强仪的配置率最低,均为12.8%;个体噪声剂量计、声级校准器和紫外辐照计的配置率均为46.2%,辐射热计、工频场强仪、空盒气压表的配置率均为33.3%;微波漏能测试仪、高频电场测定仪、振动计、照度计的配置率分别为17.9%、25.6%、30.8%和61.5%。职业病防治机构和职业病防治机构和职业卫生检测与评价公司的上述15种物理因素检测仪器设备配置率分别比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论职业卫生技术服务机构应加强对物理因素检测设备的配置,以提高相应职业卫生技术服务能力。
Objective To understand the configuration of physical factor detection instruments of occupational health service agencies in Guangdong Province. Methods By using the typical sampling method, 39 occupational health service agencies in Guangdong Province were selected as the investigation objects. The “Physical Information Testing Instrument Information Questionnaire” Questionnaire. Results Among the 39 agencies, the configuration rates of the sound level meter, the wet bulb black ball temperature index meter and the anemometer were relatively high, which were 100.0%, 92.3% and 74.4% respectively. The configuration of laser power meter and UHF field instrument The lowest rate was 12.8%. The disposition rate of individual noise dosimeter, sound level calibrator and ultraviolet radiation meter were both 46.2%. The configuration rate of bolometer, power frequency field meter and empty barometer were both 33.3 %; Microwave leakage tester, high frequency electric field tester, vibration meter, illumination meter configuration rates were 17.9%, 25.6%, 30.8% and 61.5%. Occupational disease prevention and control institutions and occupational disease prevention and control agencies and occupational health testing and evaluation of the above 15 kinds of physical testing equipment configuration rates were compared, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion Occupational Health Technical Service Organizations should strengthen the configuration of physical factor testing equipment in order to improve the corresponding occupational health technical service capability.
