管道完整性管理技术起源于20世纪70年代,当时欧美等工业发达国家在二战以后兴建的大量油气长输管道已进入老龄期,各种事故频繁发生,造成了巨大的经济损失和人员伤亡,大大降低了各管道公司的盈利水平,同时也严重影响和制约了上游油(气)田的正常生产。为此,美国首先开始借鉴经济学和其他工业领域中的风险分析技术来评价油气管道的风险性,以期最大限度地减少油气管道的事故发生率和尽可能地延长重要干线管道的使用寿命,
Pipeline integrity management technology originated in the 1970s. At that time, a large amount of long-distance oil and gas pipelines built by industrialized countries such as Europe and the United States after World War II have entered the aging age. Frequent accidents have taken place, causing huge economic losses and casualties. Reduce the profitability of each pipeline company, but also seriously affect and restrict the normal production of upstream oil and gas fields.
