一、热模干养工艺线的布置在我厂墙楼板车间内布置了一条由宽3.9米、长6.9米、高35厘米的12块砖砌底模腔组成的生产线。砖墙为一砖厚,水泥砂浆抹面,预留进汽管孔和排水孔。底模腔内的蒸汽管道按工字形布置,每隔一定间距钻花管孔,以45°方向喷射。在底模腔上安放12块底钢模。底钢模平面尺寸为3.9×6.9米,与底模腔匹配。蒸汽通过花管通入底模腔内,热量由底钢模传给混凝土构件。在底钢模上安放侧钢模,用定位螺栓连接。门窗框模也同时安放在底钢模上定位。
First, the layout of the hot-mold dry-cleaning process line A production line consisting of 12 brick-bottom mold cavities measuring 3.9 meters wide, 6.9 meters long and 35 centimeters high was set up in our factory’s wall-floor workshop. The brick wall is a brick, plastered with cement mortar, reserved for steam inlet holes and drain holes. The steam pipes in the bottom mold cavity are arranged in an I-shape. The holes are drilled at regular intervals and sprayed in a 45° direction. Place 12 bottom steel molds on the bottom mold cavity. The plane size of the bottom steel mold is 3.9 x 6.9 meters, which matches the bottom mold cavity. Steam passes through the tube to the bottom mold cavity, and heat is transferred from the bottom steel mold to the concrete structure. Place the side steel mold on the bottom steel mold and connect them with the positioning bolts. Door and window frame molds are also positioned on the bottom steel mold.
