目的 研究外沟上皮细胞对维持耳蜗内淋巴环境稳态的作用。方法 应用振动探针技术记录内耳外沟上皮细胞附近的电流密度 ,并观察ATP对它的作用。结果 在外沟细胞附近记录到负电流 ,并且该电流在浴液中加入ATP时增加。结论 外沟细胞通过再吸收阳离子以维持耳蜗内淋巴环境的稳态 ,细胞外ATP能激活它的这种吸收作用
Objective To study the role of outer ditch epithelial cells in maintaining the homeostasis of cochlear endolymphatic system. Methods Vibration probe technique was used to record the current density near the inner ear outer ditch epithelial cells and to observe the effect of ATP on it. As a result, a negative current was recorded near the outer ditch cells, and the current increased when ATP was added to the bath. Conclusion Outer ditch cells can maintain the homeostasis of cochlear endolymphatic environment by reabsorbing cations, and extracellular ATP can activate its absorption
