四、心电图表窦房结干扰房性早搏后的长间歇一般不是完全代偿的,说明窦房结的节律被房性期前激动打乱后重新安排周期所造成的(见图3中1)。如果表现为完全性代偿,即说明房性期前激动逆传与窦性激动下传在窦房交界区发生干扰而互相抵销了(见图3中2)。偶见交界性与室性激动也可逆传至窦房交界区形成干扰。心电图示:(1)提早出现的房性早搏,其前后的P—P间隔长度小于正常P—P间隔的两倍,说明窦房结节律被打乱而出现的不完全性代偿间歇。(2)房性早搏前后的P—P间隔长度为正常P—P间隔的两倍,说明异位激动在窦房交
Fourth, ECG sinus node interference Atrial premature beats after a long interval is generally not fully compensated, indicating the rhythm of the sinus node was atrial disorganized before the shock caused by the reorganization of the cycle (see Figure 1) . If the performance of complete decompensation, that is, atrial pre-retrograde and retrograde sinus excited sinus delivery in the sinoatrial junction area and offset each other (see Figure 2). Occasionally borderline and ventricular activation can also be reversed to the sinoatrial junction to form interference. ECG shows: (1) premature atrial premature beats, before and after the P-P interval length less than twice the normal P-P interval, indicating sinus node rhythm disrupted uncompensated intermittent. (2) P-P interval before and after atrial premature beats is twice as long as normal P-P intervals, indicating that ectopic activation in the sinoatrial node
