目的 :研究大鼠肺癌组织K ras和p16基因突变情况。方法 :运用聚合酶链反应 单链构象多态性 (PCR SSCP)技术分析肺癌组织K ras和p16基因突变。结果 :未发现正常大鼠肺组织中K ras和p16基因突变 ,在肿瘤组织中K ras和p16均有 2例突变发生。结论 :K ras和p16基因突变与肺癌发生存在一定的相关性 .
Objective: To study the mutation of K ras and p16 genes in rat lung cancer. Methods: The mutations of K ras and p16 genes in lung cancer tissues were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction single strand conformation polymorphism (PCR SSCP). Results: No K ras and p16 gene mutations were found in the normal rat lungs. Two mutations were found in K ras and p16 in the tumor tissue. Conclusion: The mutations of K ras and p16 have some correlation with the occurrence of lung cancer.
