弹指之间,中国的改革开放事业即将走过20年的光辉历程。20年前,党的十一届三中全会,吹响了农村改革的号角,拉开了建设有中国特色社会主义新农村的序幕;20年后的今天,党的十五届三中全会,在认真总结20年农村改革经验的基础上,对我国跨世纪农业和农村工作的奋斗目标、重要任务和指导方针,又作出了重大的战略部署。两次党的三中全会,贯穿着一条红线:解放思想,实事求是,一切从实际出发,走有中国特色的社会主义农村现代化道路。两次党的三中全会突出了一个主题:农业、农村、农民问题关系改革开放和现代化建设的全局,解放和发展农村生产力始终是我党农村工作的中心。两次党的三中全会揭示了一条真理:农村改革的成功是邓小平理论的伟大胜利,坚定不移地高举邓小平理论的伟大旗帜,中国农村的改革与发展将无往而不胜。
Fingertip, China’s reform and opening up is about to go through 20 years of glorious history. Twenty years ago, the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party sounded the horn of rural reform and opened the curtain of building a new socialist countryside with Chinese characteristics. Twenty years later, the Third Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee, On the basis of earnestly summing up 20 years of experience in rural reform, we have also made major strategic plans for the goals, important tasks and guidelines for our cross-century agricultural and rural work. The two sessions of the Third Plenary Session of the Party run through a red line: emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts; proceeding from reality, all follow the road of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics. The two sessions of the Third Plenary Session of the Party highlighted one theme: the relationship between agriculture, rural areas and peasants The overall situation of reform, opening up and modernization drive. Liberating and developing rural productive forces has always been the center of our party’s rural work. The Third Plenary Session of the Communist Party of China has revealed the truth that the success of rural reform is a great victory of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the great banner of Deng Xiaoping Theory is unswervingly upheld. The reform and development in rural China will be endless.
