薄层层析法是层析法中应用最普遍的方法之一,是一种操作简便、分离速度快、效率高的微量层析法。它广泛应用于各种天然和合成有机物的分离和鉴定,也用于小量物质的精制。薄层层析法在中药化学成分研究中,主要用于化学成分的预制、化学成分的鉴定和探索柱层析的条件;在药检工作中,可用来鉴定药物的纯度、检查分解产物;在生产上,可用来判断反应的终点、监视反应历程等。在科研、药检、生产和制剂方面,薄层层析法都具有广泛的应用价值。本文就薄层层析法应注意的几个问题,谈几点认识。
