应用双抗夹心ELISA方法检测了SLE患者56例及健康人48例的血清可溶性白介素2受体(sIL-2R)水平,发现SLE患者活动期血清sIL-2R水平明显高于SLE稳定期患者(P>0.01)及健康人(P<0.001),但稳定期患者血清sIL-2R水平和健康人无明显性差异(P>0.05),同时血清 sIL~2R水平增高和血清抗ds-DNA水平及血沉值呈正相关。结果提示SLE病程中有淋巴细胞活化,并以活动期为甚,检测血清sIL-2R水平较单纯检测血沉、抗ds-DNA抗体、抗Sm抗体,对判断SLE病人病情活动更有帮助。
Serum soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) levels in 56 patients with SLE and 48 healthy controls were detected by double-antibody sandwich ELISA. The level of sIL-2R in active SLE patients was significantly higher than that in patients with stable SLE (P > 0.01) and healthy subjects (P <0.001). However, there was no significant difference in serum sIL-2R between stable patients and normal controls (P> 0.05). Serum levels of sIL-2R and serum anti-dsDNA levels and erythrocyte sedimentation rate The value was positively correlated. The results suggest that during the course of SLE, there is lymphocyte activation and the activity period is very significant. The detection of serum sIL-2R level is more helpful than the simple detection of ESR, anti-dsDNA antibody and anti-Sm antibody in judging the disease activity of SLE patients.
