景区游客满意度研究综述

游客满意度是提升景区经营效益的重要因素,对提高旅游目的地服务质量和管理水平具有重要意义。因而,对景区游客满意度进行研究综述十分必要。本文从满意度概念,满意度测评模型和影响满意度的因素三方面,对景区旅游地游客满意度进行了较全方面的综述。 Tourist satisfaction is an important factor to enhance the operating efficiency of scenic spots, which is of great significance to improve the service quality and management level of tourist destinations. Therefore, it is necessary to review the tourist satisfaction of scenic spots. This article from the satisfaction of the concept of satisfaction evaluation model and the factors that affect the satisfaction of tourist attractions in tourist attractions in a more comprehensive overview.
