提出一种W型缺陷地结构(WDGS)单元,该WDGS单元性能优越,结构简单,便于加工。将该单元结构应用于带阻滤波器设计中,有效地提高了滤波器的阻带特性并减小了滤波器的尺寸。详细分析了WDGS单元几何参数对频率和带宽的影响。将三个相同WDGS级联,有效地增大了带阻滤波器的带宽并提高了其对信号的抑制效果。结果表明:该带阻滤波器在2.6~3.4 GHz,对信号的抑制从–25 dB到–37 dB。
A W-type defect structure (WDGS) unit is proposed. The WDGS unit has the advantages of superior performance, simple structure and convenient processing. The unit structure is applied to the band-stop filter design, which effectively improves the stop-band characteristics of the filter and reduces the size of the filter. The influence of WDGS unit geometry parameters on frequency and bandwidth is analyzed in detail. Cascading three identical WDGS effectively increases the bandwidth of the band-reject filter and increases its suppression of the signal. The results show that the band-stop filter can suppress signals from -25 dB to -37 dB at 2.6 ~ 3.4 GHz.
