赵守辉、张东波两位学者编著的《中国文史浅说》(Cengage Learning Asia,2010年版)从汉语和文化教学的视角观照中国的文化和历史,本书的可贵之处在于它用通俗生动的形式梳理中国文化和历史知识,这一特点使本书在可读性上从同类教材中脱颖而出。本书适用对象为中高级汉语学习者。中高级特别是高年级教材,至今一直是教材建设的一个薄弱环节。据李泉(2005)统计,到21世纪初,国内出版的对外汉语教材至少有400—500种,其中“绝大多数是各类初中级教材”。
Zhao Shouhui and Zhang Dongbo Cengage Learning Asia, 2010 Edition The two Chinese scholar’s book Cengage Learning Asia (2010 Edition) looks at China’s culture and history from the perspective of Chinese and cultural teaching. The valuable part of this book is that it uses a popular and vivid form to sort out China Cultural and historical knowledge, a feature that makes the book stand out from its class of teaching materials on the ground of readability. This book is suitable for middle and senior Chinese learners. Middle and senior especially high school textbooks, has been a weak link in the textbook construction. According to Li Quan (2005), at the beginning of the 21st century, there are at least 400-500 kinds of foreign-language teaching materials published in China, of which “the vast majority are all kinds of junior and middle-level teaching materials.”
