无论国外还是国内,高管连年暴涨的身价一直是个充满争论的话题。金融危机爆发,为这场高薪之争火上浇油,人们对本来就充满质疑的高薪打上了更多的问号。面对金融危机带来的经营困局,一些企业采取了尽力压缩成本的止血手段。而这种种措施,都是以高管降薪为源头。在大家都需要勒紧裤带过日子的时候,国有企业、金融企业高管的高薪成为公众关注的焦点。在今年“两会”上,不少代表和委员对国企高管的高薪表示质疑,建议合理解决国企高管报酬问题。但也有代表和委员认为,企业高管薪酬应该由市场定价,政府不应过多干预。

However, some representatives and members also think that executive compensation should be priced by the market and the government should not interfere too much.
