一、前言大功率牵引齿轮密封装置的漏油现象是电传功机车存在多年的问题。一九七九年我所试制了采用BBC传动的全悬挂传动装置。经过试验,其他性能基本满足设计要求,但由于齿轮转速高,齿轮箱漏油特别严重。曾采用MZ-23~#车轴油作齿轮润滑油,当在与机车速度154公里/小时相应的转速下运行5分钟时,漏油1.45公斤。后改用HL-20~#齿轮油,在上述转速下运行4.5分钟,漏油0.21公斤。因此在试验中经常被迫停下来加油。大量地漏油不仅浪费润滑油,而且对周围环境也是
I. INTRODUCTION The oil spill phenomenon of high-power traction gear seal device is the problem that many years of electric locomotives have existed.
