随着档案开放范围的不断扩大,档案为党和国家各项工作服务的作用充分地显示出来,档案产生的社会效益和经济效益已被人们所认识,县级档案馆(以下简称县档案馆)对档案利用效益的收集也越来越重视,并把它作为档案馆工作的一项重要内容。近几年,县档案馆收集公布档案利用效益出现了前所未有的良好势头,对搞活县档案馆的利用工作起到了积极作用。但是,有的档案提供者缺乏档案利用效益反馈意识,不注意利用效益的收集,使很多具有宣传、教育意义的利用效益不能及时收集;更有甚者,认为收集利用效益比较困难,利用工作结束后根本不收集。针对这些情况,如果我们进行认真研究,就不难发现,其主要原因是档案提供者与档案利用者,对提供利用与收集利用效益的关系还不甚明确,收集的目的不清楚。为了搞好档案利用效益的收集,笔者对县档案馆收集档案利用效益的有关问题
