本研究以探求解决技工院校艾滋病防治师资队伍匮乏的路径为目的,采用问卷调查、实地访谈、观摩教学等方法,从政策措施角度探求技工院校艾滋病防治师资队伍建设途径,提出艾滋病防治师资队伍建设的相关政策建议,促进技工院校建立艾滋病防治教育师资人才储备长效机制。课题组认为,决策部门应明确劳动技能与生活技能并重作为技工院校的培养目标,从制度层面促进技工院校艾滋病防治师资队伍建设,创新技工院校艾滋病防治教育模式,为技工院校艾滋病防治教育纳入日常教学大纲做好师资人才储备。
The purpose of this research is to explore ways to solve the shortage of teachers in AIDS prevention and treatment in technical colleges and universities.
