以提高蛹虫草子实体产量、活性物质含量为研究目的。以小麦为基本培养基固体培养蛹虫草子实体,采用单因素、二因素试验研究碳源、氮源和菌种对蛹虫草实体产量、活性物质含量的影响。产量单因素实验结果表明,每瓶添加1 g蚕蛹粉、营养液中白砂糖浓度为20 g·L~(-1)的培养基培养子实体产量最高;但不同水平的蚕蛹粉、黄豆粉对子实体产量影响差异不显著。二因素实验结果表明,当培养基营养液中白砂糖浓度为20 g·L~(-1),蚕蛹粉添加量为2 g·瓶~(-1)时,子实体产量最高;碳源、氮源及碳源和氮源的互作对蛹虫草的产量有极显著的影响。活性物质单因素实验结果表明,培养基营养液中蔗糖浓度为10 g·L~(-1)时腺苷和虫草素含量最高;每瓶培养基中添加1 g土豆粉时,子实体多糖含量最高,与其他营养添加物质有显著差异;不同菌种对产量和主要活性物质含量的影响差异显著。
In order to improve the yield of Cordyceps militaris fruiting body, the content of active substance was studied. Cordyceps militaris was cultured in solid medium with wheat as the basic medium. The effects of carbon source, nitrogen source and strain on the yield and active substance content of Cordyceps militaris were studied by single factor and two factor experiments. The results of single factor experiment showed that the yield of silkworm chrysalis pupae per jar was the highest, while that of medium with 20 g · L -1 glycyrrhiza was the highest. However, different levels of silkworm pupa powder and soybean powder There is no significant difference in the yield of fruiting bodies. The results of two-factor experiments showed that when the concentration of sugar in culture medium was 20 g · L -1 and that of silkworm pupa powder was 2 g · bottle -1, the yield of fruiting bodies was the highest. The interaction of nitrogen source, carbon source and nitrogen source has an extremely significant effect on the yield of Cordyceps militaris. The results of single factor experiment showed that the content of adenosine and cordycepin was the highest when the concentration of sucrose was 10 g · L -1 in culture medium. When 1 g of potato powder was added into the culture medium, The highest, and other nutrients were significantly different substances; different strains of the yield and the main active substance content of significant differences.
