将53例缓解期营养不良的住院COPD患者分为营养治疗组29例,对照组24例。营养治疗组采用2周的短期营养支持治疗,应用20%脂肪乳剂和7%复方氨基酸注射液隔日静脉滴注。结果表明,营养治疗组最大吸气压(MIP)、最大呼气压(MEP)和6min行走距离明显增加,而体重和肺功能指标,如用力肺活量和第1秒用力呼气容积无明显改变。对照组上述指标均无明显变化。提示短期营养支持治疗可以明显改善缓解期COPD患者的呼吸肌肌力,提高运动能力。
Fifty-three hospitalized patients with decompensated malnutrition were divided into nutrition treatment group (n = 29) and control group (n = 24). Nutritional therapy group with 2 weeks of short-term nutritional support treatment, application of 20% fat emulsion and 7% compound amino acid injection intravenous infusion every other day. The results showed that the maximal inspiratory pressure (MIP), maximum expiratory pressure (MEP) and walking distance increased significantly in the nutrition group, while the weight and pulmonary function indexes such as forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume in 1 second did not change significantly. There was no significant change in the above indicators in the control group. Suggest that short-term nutritional support treatment can significantly improve the remission of COPD patients with respiratory muscle strength, improve exercise capacity.
