民用飞机气密框位于飞机主起舱开口的两端,主要起着气密承压的作用,其表面布置一批加强件以承担气密载荷,加强件与气密腹板使用铆钉连接,气密腹板受铆钉头作用在气密载荷反复加载下会发生疲劳失效。本文通过有限元软件对此结构形式进行仿真模拟以校核其疲劳强度。
The civil aircraft air-tight frame is located at both ends of the opening of the main cockpit of the aircraft, which mainly plays the role of airtight pressure-bearing. A number of stiffeners are arranged on the surface to bear the airtight load. The stiffeners are connected with the airtight webs by rivets. Compact web by the role of rivets in the airtight load repeated loading fatigue failure occurs. In this paper, finite element software simulation of this structure to check its fatigue strength.
