随着我国电网和水电规模的扩大,水电系统多电网调峰的问题越来越突出。以南方电网的水电系统为背景,构建了跨流域巨型水电站群多电网调峰优化调度模型。结合凝聚函数法和多目标模糊优选法建立替代优化目标,提出逐次逼近的关联搜索算法来满足求解过程中大量的时间耦合型约束。实际运行过程表明,本文提出的模型和求解方法能够得到高效的、满足实际工程中需求的应用结果,是一种切实可行的水电多电网调峰优化调度方法。
With the expansion of China’s power grid and hydropower, the issue of multi-grid peaking of hydropower system becomes more and more prominent. Taking the hydropower system of China Southern Power Grid as the background, a multi-grid peaking scheduling model for inter-basin giant hydropower station is constructed. Combining the condensation function method and the multi-objective fuzzy optimization method to establish the alternative optimization objective, a successive approximation correlation search algorithm is proposed to satisfy a large number of time-coupling constraints in the solution process. The actual operation process shows that the proposed model and solution method can be used efficiently to meet the requirements of practical projects and is a practical and feasible multi-grid hydropower scheduling optimization scheduling method.
