目的对榼藤不同用药部位药理活性及化学成分进行比较分析。方法采用角叉菜胶致大鼠足趾肿胀模型比较抗炎作用;采用小肠炭末推进法比较其对胃肠动力的影响;结合HPLC,UV,1HNMR法对两者主要化学成分进行分析。结果:种仁和藤茎均可显著抑制角叉菜胶所致大鼠足趾肿胀;种仁可显著改善模型小鼠的胃肠动力障碍,而藤茎无此作用;两个用药部位化学成分差异较大。结论榼藤藤茎及种仁均有抗炎作用。种仁还具有促进胃肠动力的作用。两者化学成分差异较大,药效物质基础不尽相同。
Objective To compare and analyze the pharmacological activities and chemical constituents in different medicinal parts. Methods The carrageenan-induced rat model of toe swelling was compared with the anti-inflammatory effect. The effects of carrageenan on gastrointestinal motility were compared by the method of small-intestine carbon powder propulsion. The chemical constituents of both groups were analyzed by HPLC, UV and 1HNMR. Results: Seed kernels and cane could significantly inhibit carrageenan-induced rat toe swelling; seed kernels could significantly improve the gastrointestinal motility disorder in model mice without the effect of cane; chemical composition differences Larger. Conclusion Cane cane and seed kernels have anti-inflammatory effects. Seed kernel also has the role of promoting gastrointestinal motility. The chemical composition of the two big differences, the basis of pharmacological substances vary.
