鼻腔手术多采用鼻腔局部麻醉,阻滞鼻腔的感觉神经即三叉神经,又以其分支筛前神经鼻内支为主。笔者在治疗变应性鼻炎,施行鼻中隔矫正、鼻息肉切除等手术时,对鼻腔外侧壁中鼻道前端的鼻堤处的筛前神经的分支进行切断。观察术后临床反应及效果。现将19例患者临床资料报告如下。1资
