连铸用浸入式水口渣线部位的严重蚀损是多流连铸操作中的一大技术障碍。本文分析了水口蚀损的机理,以及保护渣化学成份对水渣线部位侵蚀速率的影响,同时也介绍了新开发的低侵蚀保护渣的使用效果。
Severe erosion at the site of submerged entry slag line for continuous casting is a major technical obstacle in multi-stream continuous casting operations. In this paper, the mechanism of nozzle erosion and the influence of chemical composition of slag on the corrosion rate of slag line are analyzed. At the same time, the effect of newly developed low-erosion mold flux is introduced.
