湖南省人民委員会于十二月十一日上午举行了第二十次委員会议。到会的有在长沙市的省人民委員会委員,政协湖南省委各常务委員和省人民委員会各厅、局的负责人也都列席了会议。会议由唐生智副省长主持。会议听取了关于我省当前农村情况和进一步巩固人民公社集体经济、爭取一九六三年农业丰收的汇报。会议还通过了关于恢复益阳、零陵两个专署的提案和一批人事任免名单。
Hunan Provincial People’s Committee held its 20th meeting of members on the morning of December 11. At the meeting, there were members of the Provincial People’s Committee in Changsha City, all standing members of the CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee and heads of the provincial people’s committees and bureaus. The meeting was chaired by Vice Governor Tang Shengzhi. The meeting listened to the report on the current situation of rural areas in our province and the further consolidation of the collective economy of the people’s communes and the harvest of agriculture in 1963. The meeting also adopted a proposal on the restoration of Yiyang, Lingling two agency and a number of personnel appointment and removal list.
