结合断口形貌观察和微区能谱成分分析,研究了阳极氧化处理对经剥蚀液腐蚀后的7A04-T6铝合金疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,在剥蚀液中腐蚀1 h后,相比未经处理试样,阳极氧化处理使疲劳极限由229.33 MPa增加到236.67 MPa。
The effects of anodizing treatment on the fatigue properties of 7A04-T6 aluminum alloy after being corroded by the etchant were studied based on the observation of the fracture morphology and the analysis of the energy spectrum of the microstructure. The results showed that the anodic oxidation treatment increased the fatigue limit from 229.33 MPa to 236.67 MPa compared with the untreated sample after etching for 1 h in the ablation solution.
