用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收法测定微量镍时,曾报导在2320(?)镍共振线处有铁、钙的背景吸收。据研究结果表明溶液中镍的浓度一定时吸光度随溶液中铁和钙浓度的增加而相应地增高。(1) (2) 如果用纯铁或纯钙配成相应浓度的溶液,测定其背景吸收将测得的吸光度从镍的吸光度中扣除去,镍的吸光度将随铁、钙浓度的升高而降低。我们的实验也得到了相同的结果。如表一及图1、图2。
When using air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of trace nickel, it has been reported that iron and calcium background absorption occurs at the 2320 (?) Nickel resonance line. According to the results of the study, the absorbance of the solution with a certain concentration of nickel increases with the increase of the concentration of iron and calcium in the solution. (1) (2) If pure iron or pure calcium is dosed to the appropriate concentration, the background absorbance is measured. The measured absorbance is subtracted from the absorbance of nickel. The absorbance of nickel will increase as the concentration of iron and calcium increases reduce. Our experiment also got the same result. As shown in Table 1 and Figure 1, Figure 2.
