我国社会主义市场经济体制的建构完善,迄今为止,基于公有企业计划附属型企业制度向资本产权型现代企业制度嬗变。但是,公有企业的现代企业制度理应是人力产权型而非资本产权型,实现资本产权型向人力产权型嬗变具有历史必然性。人力产权型现代企业制度作为中国特色社会主义基本经济制度的主体实现形式,在企业宗旨、企业治理和企业分配三个方面对资本产权型现代企业制度的革命,是马克思揭示的“否定的否定”规律的微观历史形式,将最终奠定中国特色社会主义制度的微观经济基础。
The construction of the socialist market economic system in our country has been perfected. Up to now, the evolution of the modern enterprise system based on the ownership of capital and property has been based on the affiliated enterprise system of public enterprise planning. However, the modern enterprise system of public-owned enterprises should be human-based rather than capital-based, and it is historically inevitable to realize the transformation from capital-based to human-based. As a main form of realization of the basic economic system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the modern enterprise system of manpower property right is the embodiment of the modern enterprise system of capital, property and property in the three aspects of corporate purposes, corporate governance and enterprise allocation. It is Marx’s “Negation of Negation ”Law of the micro-historical forms, will eventually lay the micro-economic foundation of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.
