目的 :了解彝族儿童现时营养状况和健康水平。方法 :对 3~ 1 4岁 4 2 31名彝族儿童的身高、体重进行检测 ,评价营养状况。结果 :彝族儿童的营养不良率为 1 2 .69%。其中轻度为 8.74% ,中度为 2 .74% ,重度为 1 .2 1 %。学龄前儿童与学龄儿童 ,男童与女童间营养不良率差异均无显著性意义 ;营养良好率为 79.34 % ;营养过剩率为 7.97% ,其中肥胖率为 1 .77% ,超重率为 6 .0 6 % ,且学龄前儿童的营养过剩率高于学龄儿童 ,男女间营养过剩率差异无显著性。结论 :提高经济不发达地区人民生活水平是改善儿童营养状况的重要措施。
Objective: To understand the current nutritional status and health status of Yi children. Methods: The height and weight of 4231 Yi children aged 3 to 14 years were tested and the nutritional status was evaluated. Results: The malnutrition rates of Yi children were 12.69%. Among them, the mild was 8.74%, the moderate was 2.74% and the severe was 1.21%. There was no significant difference in malnutrition rates between preschool children and school-age children, boys and girls. The rate of good nutrition was 79.34%. The rate of excess nutrition was 7.97%. The obesity rate was 1.77% and the rate of overweight was 6. 0 6%. And the rate of excess nutrition in preschool children was higher than that in school-age children. There was no significant difference in the rate of excess nutrition between men and women. Conclusion: Improving people’s living standards in economically underdeveloped areas is an important measure to improve children’s nutritional status.
