非专业素质是指学生在所学专业知识与技能之外应当具备的素质,如人文素质、身心素质、科学素质等。本文结合笔者在美国新泽西州所见所闻,就当地学生的感恩教育、自信心培养、独立自主能力提升等非专业素质培养进行了梳理和剖析,揭示了美国在学生非专业素质培养方面进行的努力与探索,探寻国内高职学生综合素质培养的途径和方法。
Non-professional quality refers to the students should have the qualities beyond the professional knowledge and skills they learn, such as humanistic quality, physical and mental quality, scientific quality and so on. Based on what the author has seen and heard in New Jersey, the paper sorts out and analyzes the non-professional quality training of local students such as Thanksgiving education, self-confidence training and independence and self-improvement, and reveals the efforts of the United States in cultivating non-professional qualifications of students. And explore, to explore ways and means of cultivating comprehensive quality of domestic vocational students.
