党的十七大提出了构建社会主义“和谐社会”的治国方略,而企业作为社会的细胞,和谐的社会离不开和谐的企业。本文论述了构建社会主义“和谐企业”不仅是企业应当承担的社会责任,也是企业自身持续健康发展的需要。文章从实际出发,从五个方面探讨了构建和谐企业的重要意思和有效途径,对建立企业和谐和社会和谐有很强的指导意义。
The 17th CPC National Congress put forward the strategy of building a socialist country with a “harmonious society”. As a social cell, a harmonious society can not be separated from a harmonious enterprise. This article discusses the construction of socialism “harmonious enterprises ” is not only the social responsibility that enterprises should shoulder, but also the need of the enterprise itself sustained and healthy development. From the reality, the article explores the important meaning and effective ways of building a harmonious enterprise from five aspects and has strong guiding significance for establishing the harmony between enterprises and social harmony.
