本文研究SnO2:TiO2混合物薄膜在丙酮蒸气中的气敏光谱,并给予理论解释。利用在低浓度时,透射峰随气体浓度增加而蓝移,可制成对低浓度丙酮气体敏感的光纤传感器。
In this paper, the gas sensing spectra of SnO2: TiO2 mixtures in acetone vapor were studied and the theoretical explanation was given. The use of low concentration, the transmission peak with the gas concentration increases and blue shift, can be made of low concentrations of acetone gas sensitive optical fiber sensor.
