研究了水分、温度和光线对磷霉素钙粉末稳定性的影响,发现磷霉素钙粉末的吸湿性不大,但其降解速度随水分含量增加而加快;光线和温度的影响不太明显。用加速实验测定了该粉末在室温下的有效期t_(0.9)>9年。
The effects of moisture, temperature and light on the stability of fosfomycin calcium powder were studied. The results showed that the fosfomycin calcium powder had little hygroscopicity, but its degradation rate accelerated with the increase of moisture content. The effects of light and temperature were not obvious. The accelerated life of the powder at room temperature was measured t_ (0.9)> 9 years.
