汉末社会批判思潮代表人物生活的主要时代可分为东汉晚期和建安时期,前者仍为统一王朝,后者则是分裂割据,从前后两期代表人物关注的重心问题的变化可看出这种差异,而对同一问题的认识,后期比前期深入了许多。这是应对汉末社会批判思潮分期的理由。汉末社会批判思潮代表人物思想倾向的不同,是魏晋礼法和玄学的政治、学术思想形成的源头之一,此为应对代表人物分类的原因。从东汉晚期开始探讨的儒法关系等问题,对它们的争论一直延续到了曹魏早、中期,为了更完整地把握汉魏时期思想嬗演的轨迹,应将汉末社会批判思潮的时间段进行延伸。
The main epochs of representative social life during the late Han Dynasty can be divided into the late Eastern Han Dynasty and the Jian’an period. The former is still the reunification dynasty while the latter is the separatist secession. The debate on the relationship between Confucianism and law, which began with the late Eastern Han dynasty, lasted till the early and mid-Wei period of Wei and Wei Dynasties. In order to grasp the trajectory of the ideological evolution during the Han and Wei Dynasties more fully, the period of social critical thought in Han Dynasty should be extended .
