氧化亚铁是硅酸盐岩石全分析的必测组份。卅余年来,硅酸盐快速分析取得了丰硕的成果,然而亚铁的测定方法却无多大改进。目前,硅酸盐岩石中亚铁的测定普遍采用的是Pratt法,样品用氢氟酸-硫酸分解后的亚铁用氧化剂滴定。近百年来,岩石分析者对此方法作过种种改进,但是,亚铁的准确测定仍然存在不少问题。本文拟对硅酸盐岩石中亚铁测定的实际困难进行讨论,以便根据实际情况采取相应的措施以提高分析的准确度。同时,对Schafer的评述论文发表以后亚铁分析方法的新进展,主要是光度分析法的新成果作一简要的介绍。
Ferrous oxide is a necessary component of total analysis of silicate rock.卅 Over the years, silicate rapid analysis has yielded fruitful results, however, the determination of ferrous metals has little improvement. At present, Pratt method is commonly used for the determination of ferrous iron in silicate rocks. The sample is titrated with oxidant of ferrous sulfate-decomposed ferrous iron with oxidant. Over the past century, rock analysts made various improvements to this method, however, there are still many problems in the accurate determination of ferrous iron. This paper intends to discuss the practical difficulties of determination of ferrous iron in silicate rock in order to improve the accuracy of the analysis according to the actual situation. In the meantime, new developments in the ferrous analysis method since the publication of Schafer’s review paper are mainly presented as a brief introduction of new achievements in photometric analysis.
