农村公共物品供给是促进农业增产、农民增收、农村发展的重要途径,对破解城乡二元经济结构、促进城乡协调发展具有重要意义。当前的农村公共物品供给法律制度不完善问题严重制约了农村公共物品供给的数量和质量。本文从法律层面对我国农村公共物品供给问题进行了探讨,并从供给主体、供给决策、责任追究等方面对农村公共物品供给提出了法律建议。
The supply of public goods in rural areas is an important way to increase agricultural output, increase peasants’ income and rural development. It is of great significance to crack the dual economic structure in urban and rural areas and promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas. The current legal system of rural public goods supply is not perfect, which seriously restricts the quantity and quality of rural public goods supply. This article discusses the supply of rural public goods in our country from the legal aspect, and puts forward legal suggestions on the supply of public goods in rural areas from the aspects of supply main body, supply decision and accountability.
