(一)市场经济的客观现实将价格、供求、竞争三者有机地结合在一起,动力和压力所形成的客观强制,迫使各利益主体在优胜劣汰中不断调整和完善自己。可是,教育期刊却在走向市场的进程中步履艰难。它作为地方一级教育行政部门的机关刊物,在计划经济时代可能辉煌过,但正因如此,它自身就有着诸多的弊处:办刊不经营,不计效益,不按照期刊自身的规律运作,所以,当新的体制出现时,它便难以作出适时的调整,或者更严格地讲,它还“睡在梦里”,
(1) The objective reality of a market economy organically combines prices, supply and demand and competition, objective coercion formed by motivation and pressure, and forces all the stakeholders to continuously adjust and perfect themselves in the survival of the fittest. However, educational journals are struggling in the process of going to the market. As an organ publication of a local educational administration, it may have splendor in the era of planned economy. But for this reason, it has many disadvantages in itself: running the magazine without any benefit and not operating according to its own laws, So, when the new system comes out, it will be hard to make timely adjustments or, more strictly, it “sleeps in dreams”
