大量服用漆子(俗称洋漆籽)中毒甚少报道,而中毒后致高度凸眼未见报道。现将我院近期收治的1例报道如下。 患者男性,27岁。因哮喘反复发作20多年,于入院前4天服用无证游医所予的单味漆子治哮喘,每天120g煎服3次,首次服用后即出现头昏、头痛、眼胀及鼻衄(量约10ml),继续服用3天后出现嗜睡、双眼高度凸出且胀痛剧烈,鼻出血约100ml,急送我院抢救时曾遗尿1次。即往除哮喘外,无特殊。无药物过敏史。入院时T36℃,P120次/min,R22次/min,BP17/11kPa,嗜睡状,呼之懒言或不
