We used PCR technique to synchronously amplify three kinds of specific NG-DNA from 130 cervical secretions of women aged 2062 years who were diagnosed as genital tract infection in gynecology and gynecology clinic in our hospital from December 1997 to April 1998. , UU-DNA, CT-DNA, referred to as NUC. The positive rate of NUC-DNA in female genital tract infection was 354% (46/130). The positive rate of NG-DNA was 38% (5/130), the positive rate of UU-DNA was 200% (26/130). The positive rate of CT-DNA was 154% (20/130). One case of UU + CT double infection, two cases of NG + UU + CT3 mixed infection and three cases of Neisseria gonorrhoeae infection Mixed infection in 2 cases. The results showed that routine detection of NUC in female genital tract infections, especially in unmarried or married infertile women with reproductive tract infections, is of great practical significance for STD diagnosis, prevention and treatment, women’s health and eugenics.
