在售电市场开放的环境下,为获取最大社会效益,把售电公司参与市场竞价的行为与其内部的多类型柔性负荷管理有机结合起来,建立两阶段优化模型,第1阶段是售电公司参与市场竞价,第2阶段是在第1阶段基础上售电公司对内部多类型柔性负荷的管理。为配合获取最大社会效益,得到最小柔性负荷补偿费用,售电公司对内部用电客户柔性负荷的中断费用、转移费用和激励费用组成的目标函数进行优化管理。实际算例采用遗传算法(genetic algorithm,GA),以IEEE 14节点测试系统为例验证该模型有效提高了社会整体效益。
Under the open environment of sales electricity market, in order to obtain the greatest social benefits, the two-stage optimization model is established by combining the sales company’s participation in the market bidding with its internal multi-type flexible load management. The first stage is the participation of the sales company Market bidding, stage 2 is based on the stage 1 sales company on the internal multi-type flexible load management. In order to obtain the maximum social benefit, the minimum flexible load compensation fee is obtained. The sales company optimizes and manages the objective function composed of the interruption fee, transfer fee and incentive fee of the flexible load of internal power customers. The actual example uses genetic algorithm (GA), and uses the IEEE 14-bus test system as an example to verify that the model effectively improves the overall social benefits.
