人力资源已成为企业第一资源,人力资源管理是企业管理的重要手段。强化人力资源管理,是企业生存、可持续发展的关键。因此,构建供电企业人力资源管理战略,创新企业人力资源管理实践,既是国家电网公司“三抓一创”工作思路中“抓队伍”方略的具体落实,也是企业人本战略的生动实践,更是建立现代企业制度、实现“一强三优”战略目标不可或缺的重要举措。由于我们电费管理中心刚刚成立并运作,在没有前人经验可以参考的前提下,我们中心的日常工作不可避免地出现了一些问题。如何解决这些问题?在这里,我希望能够从人力资源管理的角度,表达一些看法。
Human resources has become the first resource of enterprises, human resources management is an important means of business management. Strengthening human resources management is the key to the survival and sustainable development of enterprises. Therefore, building a strategy of human resource management for power supply enterprises and innovating human resources management practices of enterprises are not only the concrete implementation of the strategy of “grasping teams” in the thinking of SGCC, but also the vivid Practice is an indispensable and important measure to establish a modern enterprise system and realize the strategic goal of “one strong, three best”. Due to the fact that our electricity management center has just been established and operated, there are some problems that inevitably arise in our day-to-day work without the reference of previous experience. How to solve these problems? Here, I hope to express some opinions from the perspective of human resources management.
