目的:探讨超短波并He-Ne激光治疗小儿分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法:90例年龄在2~9岁的患有分泌性中耳炎的儿童随机分为两组,治疗组60例,对照组30例。治疗组应用超短波并He-Ne激光理疗加药物治疗,与单纯药物治疗对照。结果:理疗组疗效高于单纯药物治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:超短波并He-Ne激光理疗是治疗小儿分泌性中耳炎的有效方法之一。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of ultrashort wave and He-Ne laser in the treatment of children with secretory otitis media. Methods: 90 children aged 2 to 9 years with secretory otitis media were randomly divided into two groups: 60 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. The treatment group with ultrashort wave and He-Ne laser therapy plus drug therapy, compared with simple drug treatment. Results: The curative effect of physical therapy group was higher than that of pure drug treatment group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Ultrashort wave and He-Ne laser therapy is an effective method for the treatment of secretory otitis media in children.
