中国设备管理协会在过去的十年中,团结全国广大设备管理工作者,为发展具有我国特色的设备管理理论,推广运用新技术、新工艺、新材料,培训设备管理与维修人才,传播国外设备管理经验等方面做了许多卓有成效的工作,有力地配合了我国改革开放和生产建设的发展,并积累了宝贵的经验。当前,全国人民正在十四大精神指引下,进一步解放思想,深化改革,加快经济建设的步伐,这给我们设协工作的进一步发展提供了新的机遇。 作为设备管理主要组成部分的设备维修工作,随着设备的日益复杂化、自动化和智能化,其作用愈益显得重要。生产实践证明,无论多么完美的机器,随着运转时间的推移,构成机器的材料总要消耗和老化,维修劳动也愈益繁重。事实上,维修是充分发挥设备效能的基本条件之一。科学技术发展到今天,维修已不仅是恢复设备固有性能的手段,而且是改善设备性能、从而提高企业装备素质不可或缺的措施。正因为如此,近年来发达国家提出了“维修一未来的投资”的口号,这是对传统维修概念的突破,说明在现代化大生产中,维修已不再是一种辅助手段或应急措施,而是生产力的有机组成部分,是关系到经济发展长远利益的一项重要任务。我们应当抓住当前的有利时机,着重抓好以下三件事情,把我国设备维修事业推上新台阶。 In the past ten years, China Equipment Management Association has united the country’s vast equipment management workers to develop equipment management theory with Chinese characteristics, promote the use of new technologies, new processes, and new materials, train equipment management and maintenance personnel, and disseminate foreign equipment. The management experience and other aspects have done a lot of fruitful work, which has effectively matched the development of China’s reform, opening up and production, and has accumulated valuable experience. At present, under the guidance of the spirit of the 14th National Congress, the people of the country are further emancipating their minds, deepening reforms, and accelerating the pace of economic construction. This has provided new opportunities for the further development of the establishment of the association. Equipment maintenance, which is a major component of equipment management, becomes increasingly important as equipment becomes increasingly complex, automated, and intelligent. Production practices have proven that, no matter how perfect the machine, as the running time goes by, the materials that make up the machine are always consumed and aged, and the maintenance work is also more and more arduous. In fact, maintenance is one of the basic conditions for giving full play to the effectiveness of equipment. Since the development of science and technology, maintenance has not only been a means to restore the inherent performance of the equipment, but also an indispensable measure to improve the performance of equipment and thus improve the quality of the equipment of enterprises. Because of this, in recent years, developed countries have put forward the slogan of “maintaining a future investment”. This is a breakthrough in the concept of traditional maintenance and shows that maintenance is no longer an auxiliary or emergency measure in modern large-scale production. It is an organic part of productivity and an important task that is related to the long-term interests of economic development. We should seize the current favorable opportunity, focus on the following three things and take China’s equipment maintenance business to a new level.
