我院从1977年8月至1979年5月统计分娩1103名,其中围产儿患病241例,率为患病22％。 1.围产儿疾病分析:窒息200例,占82.9％;肺炎26例,占10.8％;颅内出血8例,占3.3％;硬肿症4例,占1.7％;肺不张1例,占0.4％;面神经麻痹1例,占0.4％;自然出血症1例,占0.4％。 2.围产儿疾病与分娩关系:本文1103例围产儿中自然分娩769例,其中患病80例占自然分娩的
